Since January this year, 91 companies in Ukraine have lost their Russian owners. Of these, 88 continue to operate, while 3 are in the process of liquidation.

The vast majority of these companies are small businesses with an annual turnover of up to ten million hryvnias (38 companies). Another 10 companies earn from ten to 100 million hryvnias, 4 — more than 100 million hryvnias, and 39 did not submit financial statements.

It is noted that the legislation on changing the ownership of companies with Russian capital remains unchanged: only certain categories of Russian citizens who legally reside in Ukraine or own up to 10% of the authorised capital can make such changes.

As reported earlier, Odesa region is among the leaders in terms of the number of companies on the NSDC sanctions list.
