The investment company Vaekstkapital Group ApS from Denmark intends to implement a housing construction project in Mykolaiv.
This was reported by the Mykolaiv City Council.
During a meeting with Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, the company's business development director and Danish politician Anders Retz Johansson said that Vaekstkapital Group ApS is considering building housing in Mykolaiv.
According to him, the investment company already has successful experience in implementing similar projects in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, performing a full cycle of work — from design to construction. Now Vaekstkapital Group ApS is looking for partners to build housing in Mykolaiv.

The meeting was also attended by Jakob Hansen, head of the Danish Embassy's office in Mykolaiv, Vice Mayor Serhii Koreniev, Director of the Department of Labour and Social Protection Serhii Vasylenko, and Head of the Department of Housing Accounting and Distribution Serhii Voitovych.
Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych stressed that Mykolaiv needs modern housing and the city council is open to cooperation.
«Mykolaiv has great potential for the development of housing infrastructure. Cooperation with international companies contributes to the development of the city and creates new opportunities for its residents,» he said.

The parties discussed the details of the project and the next steps required for its implementation.
Earlier, NikVesti wrote that Denmark had helped the energy sector of Mykolaiv by at least €20 million.
