Mykolaiv businessman Pelipas buys the Main Post Office building for ₴32 million

The building of Mykolaiv's Main Post Office at 27/1 Admiralska Street was sold at auction for 32 million hryvnias.

The relevant data was published on the website of the National Electronic Exchange, according to NikVesti.

The winner was LLC «Bne Beitha», which, according to You control, belongs to local businessman Oleksii Pelipas. The starting price was only 6.6 million hryvnias, so the price increased almost 5 times during the bidding.

On 11 September, 11 companies and individuals took part in the auction. The bids were as follows:

• LLC «Bne Beitha» (owned by Oleksii Pelipas) — 32.1 million hryvnias.
• FG «Agro-1» (owned by Denys Herasymenko) — 24.6 million hryvnias.
• PE «Wild Garden» (owned by Ihor Holubar, Mykolaiv) — 24.4 million hryvnias.
• LLC «M Motors» (founded by Vadym Merikov) — 20.1 million hryvnias.
• LLC «Satellite Hold» (founder Tamara Klymenko) — 13 million hryvnias.
• LLC «Modern Agronomy» (founded by Oleksandr Stepanov) — 12.6 million hryvnias.
• LLC «DMK Investments» (founder Nelly Patsiuk) — 10.4 million hryvnias.
• LLC «Yasso Svit» (founder Kateryna Vezhbytska) — 9.2 million hryvnias.
• Yevhenii Serhiiovych Aivazov — 8.5 million hryvnias.
• Anastasia Kravets — 7.3 million hryvnias.
• Ihor Maliuk — 7 million hryvnias.

The building of the Main Post Office has an area of 1,800 square metres, and some of the premises are currently leased.

According to the terms of the auction, the buyer must register the right to use or own the land plot where the building stands within 60 days of the contract. The buyer must also cover the costs of maintaining the building (including land payments) until the legal procedures are completed.

According to Wikipedia, the current building of the main post office was built in 1970. The design of the ensemble was created by architect S. K. Yakymovych and engineers N. V. Kostiukova and N. A. Plastikova. It is located at 27 Admiralska Street between Heroiv Rastavlyvnykiv (Lyahina) Street and Soborna Street.
