Two companies to receive ₴13 million from Odesa budget: what is known about it

Two companies will receive 13 million hryvnias from the Odesa budget: 12.8 million hryvnias to the private firm «Tellus» and 800,000 hryvnias to the limited liability company «Norris Group».

The relevant orders of the mayor, Hennadii Trukhanov, regarding the loan to «Norris Group» and «Tellus» are published on the website of the city council, NikVesti.

The money was allocated as part of the city's targeted programme to improve the competitiveness of Odesa's economy for 2022-2028, approved by the council on 9 February 2022.

The private company «Tellus» was registered in 1998, according to the YouControl analytical system. The owner is currently Victoria Ivanchenko. The main activity is the production of medical and dental instruments and materials. The company also manufactures prosthetic and orthopaedic products for civilians and the military and provides social assistance without providing accommodation for people with disabilities and the elderly.

The limited liability company «Norris Group» was registered in 2022. The owners are Evgeniya Kulesha and Gevorg Yeghanyan. The company's main activity is the manufacture of food products. The term of financial support, according to the procedure for its provision, is up to 24 months from the date of transfer of funds.

As a reminder, Mykolaiv region is among the leaders among the regions with the largest number of agricultural enterprises. As of the end of June this year, almost 6.8 thousand agricultural companies were registered in the region.
