Mykolaiv RMA is in top 10 in terms of officials' salaries: Kherson region is the leader of the ranking

In June 2025, the average salary in the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration exceeded 43 thousand hryvnias, ranking the region seventh among regional administrations. Civil servants in the Kherson region received the highest incomes — over 66 thousand hryvnias.

This is evidenced by the data of the dashboard of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, according to NikVesti.

In Odesa RMA, the average salary has dropped to 34,000 hryvnias, while in February it was 39,000 hryvnias , when the region was in the top 5.

In the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, the highest salaries in June were paid to the management — over 131 thousand hryvnias. Heads of structural units earned an average of more than 62 thousand hryvnias, employees of the patronage service — almost 45 thousand, specialists — more than 36 thousand. Workers received the least — about 13 thousand hryvnias.

For comparison: in January 2024, the average salary in Mykolaiv ATO was 24 thousand hryvnias, in December it was almost 50 thousand hryvnias, and in February 2025 it was about 26 thousand hryvnias.
