Businesses have received microgrants worth ₴79.3 million in Mykolaiv region over three years

In the Mykolaiv region, entrepreneurs have received 344 microgrants over three years under the programme «Vlasna Sprava».

The total amount of microgrants was 79.3 million hryvnias, the Mykolaiv Regional Employment Centre told NikVesti.

«Entrepreneurs in the region can receive a microgrant from 50 to 500 thousand hryvnias. Both an existing entrepreneur and a person with no experience of such activities can receive a microgrant,» NikVesti explained there.

Since the launch of this programme, 1333 applications have been considered, of which only a quarter have received a microgrant — 344. This has helped create 646 jobs in the region.

Most often, entrepreneurs open the following businesses: coffee shops, barbershops, beauty studios, service stations, shops, family cafes, children's centres, bakeries, farms and various industries.

In the article, macroeconomist and expert in tax and budget legislation Danylo Monin said that the main problems faced by Ukrainian business today are taxes and mobilisation.
