Mykolaiv region entrepreneurs paid almost ₴20 million for licences for alcohol, tobacco and fuel

In the first half of 2025, entrepreneurs in the Mykolaiv region paid 19.8 million hryvnias to local budgets for licences to produce and sell excisable goods. In particular, these are cognac alcohol, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, e-cigarette liquids and fuel.

According to the regional department of the State Tax Service, revenues increased by more than 32% or 4.8 million hryvnias compared to the same period in 2024.

During the first six months of this year, taxpayers in the region were issued 4,120 licences for the right to wholesale and retail these products. At the same time, 899 licences were cancelled due to violations of tax laws.

Earlier it was reported that in May, Mykolaiv region received almost 12 million hryvnias for licences, which is a third increase in revenues.
