Kherson RMA

Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA) is an executive authority that essentially performs the functions of the Regional State Administration (RSA) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Local State Administrations." Under martial law, the Kherson RMA is responsible for ensuring security and protection of the population, restoring infrastructure, providing social assistance, and organizing humanitarian support for war-affected communities. The administration focuses on rebuilding critical facilities, such as energy, transport, and healthcare institutions, and collaborates with state agencies and international organizations to support the region's residents.
