Mykhailo Albertovych Fedorov (born January 21, 1991, Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and public official. Since August 29, 2019, he has held the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Education, Science, and Technology Development — Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

He graduated from Zaporizhzhia National University with a degree in Sociology. He founded SMMSTUDIO, a company specializing in internet marketing. In 2019, he led the digital strategy for Volodymyr Zelensky's presidential campaign.

Achievements as Minister of Digital Transformation:

  • Development and implementation of the "Diia" app, integrating electronic documents and government services.
  • Transition of government services to an online format, greatly simplifying access for citizens.
  • Initiatives to support Ukrainian startups and promote IT sector growth.

Fedorov is the youngest minister in Ukraine's government history. He actively promotes the idea of a "state in a smartphone," aiming to make all government services accessible online.
