Mykola Lohvinov is the director of the regional communal enterprise "Mykolaivoblteploenerho," which provides heating services in the city of Mykolaiv and the region. Under his leadership, the enterprise actively implements modern energy solutions, such as cogeneration units for electricity production, reducing dependence on external suppliers.

In 2023, the enterprise launched a 4 MW unit, with plans to expand capacities to 22 MW, ensuring electricity supply not only to the enterprise but also to the city. Additionally, the enterprise has introduced a two-tier tariff for residents, including a fixed subscription fee and payment for the actual use of heat energy during the heating season.
