The State Audit Service of Ukraine (SAS) is a central executive authority responsible for implementing state policy in public financial control. Its main tasks include assessing the effective and lawful use of public financial resources, conducting public financial audits, inspections, and monitoring public procurement compliance. The SAS operates under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Finance.
