Of this amount, 172,000 hryvnias was spent on cleaning, 21,700 hryvnias on the manufacture and installation of information stands, and another 2,400 hryvnias on the creation of QR codes.

Separately, the TimeSet municipal enterprise paid 150,570 hryvnias for the maintenance of the software used to operate paid parking lots. The company also deducts 3% from each online payment made through the EasyPay service — over six months, this amounted to 25,095 hryvnias.

The city council reported that the municipal enterprise Timeset has already submitted proposals for the construction of additional paid parking lots in Mykolaiv. However, the exact locations of the planned parking lots have not been specified.

What about parking in Mykolaiv?

It is known that 11 paid parking areas have been officially approved in the city, with a total of 119 parking spaces. Due to the installation of bollards on sidewalks and parking lots, the number of free spaces has decreased. Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych said he was satisfied with the new traffic organisation on Vadym Blahovisnyi Street (Nikolska) in the centre of Mykolaiv.

During the summer of 2025, the sites brought the Time Set municipal enterprise 111,400 hryvnias in revenue, which will be transferred to the city budget after mandatory payments are made.

However, Andrii Yantar, a deputy from the Propozytsia party, criticises the system, noting that it does not improve comfort for residents and creates additional problems.

In addition, in 2025, the city budget received about 4 million hryvnias for illegal parking.

Earlier, Nikvesti wrote about how they will work and who will control payments in the article «Paid parking has appeared in the centre of Mykolaiv. How will they work and who will control payments?»
