Mykolaiv City Hall wants to increase the team of the Development Agency and almost double its salary fund.

The relevant draft decision has been published on the city council's website and will be considered at a meeting of the executive committee, NikVesti reports.

Currently, the Agency has 5 positions and a monthly salary of 109,896 hryvnias.

The recipient of donations is the NGO “Mykolaiv Media Hub” (EDRPOU 45160758). The project proposes to increase the number of employees from 5 to 7. Along with the staff, the monthly payroll is also growing — from 109,896 hryvnias to 225,534 hryvnias. This means that salary costs are effectively doubling.

The proposed updated staff includes 7 positions:

• 1 director,
• 1 manager of financial support activities,
• 1 public and press relations specialist,
• 2 regional development managers,
• 2 managers for foreign economic activity.

According to the draft, the director of the institution should receive 40,926 hryvnias per month. Of this amount, the official salary is 13,642 hryvnias, and another 27,284 hryvnias is a monthly bonus.

A financial support manager (accountant) will receive 30,768 hryvnias, of which the salary is 10,256 hryvnias and the bonus is 20,512 hryvnias. The same amount is prescribed for a public relations and press officer.

The staff also includes two regional development managers and two foreign economic activity managers. In total, they will receive 61,536 hryvnias per month — 20,512 hryvnias in salary and 41,024 hryvnias in bonuses.
