₴3.1 million to be spent in Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv to remove leaves, grass and branches

Mykolaiv's Korabelnyi district plans to spend 3.1 million hryvnias on cleaning up fallen leaves, grass and branches in the district

The relevant tender was published by the district administration on the ProZorro public procurement website, according to NikVesti.

The administration will pay 3 million 100 thousand hryvnias for the removal of plant waste in the Korabelnyi district during the year.

The technical conditions stipulate that the contractor must remove fallen leaves daily in the winter-spring and autumn-winter seasons to a city landfill at a distance of up to 32 kilometres. The contract also provides for the removal of grass clippings and branches. All work will be carried out over the next year.

The contract is now expected to be signed with the winner, Olena Zvirenko, a private entrepreneur.

It should be noted that last year, the administration of Korabelnyi district also chose Olena Zvirenko as the winner, who removed leaves for a year for 3 million hryvnias.

According to YouControl, the individual entrepreneur was registered in 2017 in a Mykolaiv apartment on Kosmonavtiv Street.

The last contract was signed with the administration of Korabelnyi district for 1.9 million hryvnias to eliminate unauthorised landfills until 2025.

As a reminder, in Mykolaiv, the site for storing fallen leaves is located in a clay quarry near the city cemetery near the village of Mishkovo-Pohorilove in Ingul district. It had been in operation for 11 years and was closed last December by a decision of the executive committee.
