Ukrainian blogger and author of the telegram channel «Lachen writes» Ihor Lachenkov called on the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych, to hold an offline session of the city council.

Earlier, Oleksandr Sienkevych recorded a video message from the balcony, where he invited the blogger to come to Mykolaiv and personally verify the transparency of the council's work, NikVesti writes.

In response, Ihor Lachenkov noted that the visit itself does not resolve the main issue:

«When will you finally hold a session offline and without fraud, so that the city's problems are solved transparently,» he stressed.

As you know, on 28 August, members of the Mykolaiv City Council approved the updated structure of the executive bodies of the city hall. However, it has since become known that deputy Tetiana Dombrovska stated that she did not support the draft decision «On streamlining the structure of the Mykolaiv City Council and its executive bodies» (s-dz-001). At the same time, her vote is listed in the minutes of the session as «for».

She immediately drew attention to the discrepancy and asked the mayor to correct the minutes. But in response to her appeal, the City Council Secretary Dmytro Falko replied that the results of remote voting are recorded and stored in Zoom, and the process is encrypted and excludes interference, so it is impossible to distort the votes. In response to this position of the city council, Tetiana Dombrovska wrote that if her demands are ignored, she is ready to apply to law enforcement agencies.
