In the first seven months of 2025, taxpayers in Mykolaiv region paid over 4 billion hryvnias in personal income tax (PIT) to local budgets.

This was reported by the press service of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Mykolaiv region.

The tax authority explains that this was achieved through the fight against shadow employment. During meetings with entrepreneurs, the tax authorities remind them of the importance of official employment and compliance with the rules for paying salaries.

In the first half of 2025, businesses in Mykolaiv region paid 70.7 million hryvnias in rent to budgets of various levels, which is more than last year.
