The online media outlet NikVesti will transfer 146 videos filmed in 2022-2024 to the State Archive of Mykolaiv region. These are materials about hostilities, the aftermath of attacks, community life and the work of services in the frontline region.
This was reported by the State Archives in Mykolaiv region.
In 2025, the archive launched a new area of work — cooperation with independent regional media that document military reality. NikVesti became one of the first partners of the project.
«Since 2009, it has been informing residents of Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Odesa regions about social, cultural, and political events. Despite the war, the editorial office has maintained stability, efficiency and professionalism and continues to carry out its information mission in difficult conditions,» the archive noted.
We would like to remind you that the editorial team regularly visits the communities of Mykolaiv, Kherson and Odesa regions and covers how life is being restored after the attacks, the stories of people who continue to work, study and rebuild their homes. In particular, «NikVesti» presented the documentary «Water will be tomorrow» in Mykolaiv about Afanasivka, which was flooded after the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station was blown up.
