This was reported to Anadolu Agency by sources in the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting will be chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
The meeting will also be attended by the head of the Turkish National Intelligence Service (MIT), Ibrahim Kalin.
The Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul last night. Moscow's representatives said they had received Ukraine's proposals for resolving the war.
The Ukrainian delegation arrived in Istanbul this morning. It should be noted that the day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made changes to the delegation, excluding Oleksii Malovatskyy and adding Yurii Kovbasa, Yevhen Ostryanskyy and Andrii Fomin. In total, the delegation consists of 14 members, including representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Security Service, the General Staff and the Presidential Office.
