Ukraine returns 307 more defenders from Russian captivity, photo: Office of the PresidentPresident Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had returned home another 307 of its military personnel as part of the second stage of the exchange with Russia under the agreement «1000 for 1000» reached in Turkey.
He wrote about this on Telegram.
«Today is the second day of the 1000 for 1000 exchange, which was agreed upon in Turkey. In these two days alone, 697 people have already been returned. Tomorrow we expect to continue», the Head of State noted.
Among the liberated are soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service and the National Guard.
