Tender for repair of administrative buildings and garages for ₴15.5 million cancelled in Mykolaiv

The Mykolaiv utility company «Self-supporting construction mechanisation section» (SCMS) have cancelled the results of the bidding process for the repair and restoration of buildings with garages, which were to cost 15.5 million hryvnias.

This is evidenced by data from the ProZorro public procurement system, according to NikVesti.

The utility company planned to spend 15 million 618 thousand 276 hryvnais on repairs to the administrative and utility building, production building, and garages. Only one bidder, «Nikovita», submitted its proposal, offering to perform the work for 15 million 583 thousand 316 hryvnias. It was chosen as the winner.

However, the State Audit Service drew the customer's attention to the violation and asked to provide documents confirming the justification of the cost and characteristics of the procurement. However, the response was not published in the system.

Later, the Mykolaiv utility company SCMS published a protocol on the cancellation of the tender due to the inability to eliminate the identified violations of the public procurement legislation. It is noted that after determining the winner, the utility company additionally analysed the tender offer of «Nikovita» and found that the company did not specify the price of the equipment in the tender documentation.

Earlier it was reported that in Mykolaiv region in 2025 there are no funds for the repair of local roads — all the money of the road fund is directed to defence.
