Income of ₴15 million: Zelenskyy unveils declaration for 2024

In 2024, according to the declaration, the total income of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his family amounted to ₴15 million 286 thousand 193, of which ₴8 million 585 thousand 532 came from the redemption of Ukrainian government bonds.

This information was included in the declaration, the presidential press service reports.

The family's income was formed from the president's salary, bank interest and income from renting their own real estate, which totalled ₴6 million 700 thousand 661. Compared to the previous year, the increase in income was due to the return of full lease payments, while the cash balance at the end of the year remained almost unchanged. Other assets, including real estate and vehicles, also remained unchanged.

According to the declaration, Volodymyr Zelenskyy's salary was ₴336 thousand. As before, the president has the following property:

• an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 131.9 square metres
• two garages in Kyiv (20.9 square metres and 20.7 square metres);
• 25% of an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 254.5 square metres, jointly with the Shefir brothers;
• 50% of an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 198.6 square metres, jointly with Serhiy Shefir.

First Lady Olena Zelenska owns:

• A 129.8 square metre apartment in Crimea (Livadia) and a 16.1 square metre parking space;
• 33% of non-residential premises with an area of 337.8 square metres, which is jointly owned with Olena and Larysa Shefir;
• a 284 square metre apartment in Kyiv.

Since 2014, Volodymyr and Olena Zelenskyy have also been entitled to use a 91.9 square metre apartment in the UK and a state-owned dacha in Kyiv with outbuildings and structures totalling 4,011.10 square metres.

Zelenskyy also continues to own a 2016 LAND ROVER, while his wife owns a 2014 MERCEDES-BENZ S 500 4 MATIC. The couple also owns expensive watches from brands such as Breguet, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Piaget and Bovet.

The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim, declared that he owns six apartments and two cars, and together with his wife keeps over $95,000 and ₴500,000 in cash.
