The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has responded to Russia's demand to abandon the NATO promise made in Bucharest to join Ukraine as a condition for ending the war.
This was reported by European Truth.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhii Tykhyi, responding to Russia's demand to cancel Ukraine's intention to join NATO, as set out in the 2008 Bucharest Summit declaration, as a condition for resolving the war between Russia and Ukraine, said: «No one has given Moscow a word on this matter».
«Oh, dear, North Korea's ally is issuing ultimatums to NATO. This is total bullshit. Moscow has not been given a word on this issue», said Heorhii Tykhyi.
As a reminder, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin has no veto or influence over who can join NATO.
