During the presentation of a psychological support centre for the military and their families, Ukrainian businessman Victor Pinchuk said that the enemy seeks not only to physically destroy Ukrainians but also to break them morally, so despite the loss of limbs, Ukrainian soldiers must remain strong in spirit and «stand firmly on their feet».
This was stated in the ICTV Fakty story.
Victor Pinchuk, together with his wife Olena, said that the first centre for psychological support for the military will be opened in Dnipro, and that 25 such centres are planned to be set up across the country.
«Ukrainians are a very powerful nation. The enemy wants to destroy us, but nothing has been achieved. We really need to stand firmly on our feet, even if our legs are amputated. When I say we need to stand firmly on our feet, I mean here (in the head, — note) We need to be very strong in spirit,» said Victor Pinchuk.
As a reminder, the city of Mykolaiv is planning to allocate one million hryvnias to purchase a building to set up a prosthetics centre for the Ukrainian military. It is a two-storey building next to the city hospital №4, where the prosthetics centre will be opened. For this purpose, the German company Horus Prosthetics GmbH has already provided the city with equipment and technology for the manufacture of prostheses.
Earlier, the State Property Fund sold the unified property complex «of the Mykolaiv State Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopaedic Enterprise» for 7.15 million hryvnias at an auction.
