Newly created coastal defence brigade repels attack in Kherson region

Ukraine has created a new unit, the 40th Separate Coastal Defence Brigade. The military has already successfully repelled an attack in one of the areas of the Kherson region.

This was reported by the unit.

«The 40th Separate Coastal Defence Brigade destroys the occupiers' logistics and teaches the enemy to swim in the icy water of Kherson region without boats,» the statement said.

Earlier it was reported that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ordered each brigade commander to form a full-time recruitment unit.
