Part of the road along 3rd Slobidska Street is going to be repaired in Mykolaiv: the works were estimated at ₴11.2 million

The Department of Housing and Communal Services of the City Council plans to repair four blocks of the road along 3-ya Slobidska Street in the center of Mykolaiv.

This is evidenced by the data of the public procurement system ProZorro, NikVesti writes.

We are talking about the section of the road from Tsentralnyi Avenue to 68 Desantnykiv Street, the repair of which will cost 11.2 million hryvnias. The contractor must repair the road by December 20, 2024. These works, according to the tender documents, involve the dismantling of the old coating and the installation of a new one, as well as the installation of 30 cast-iron hatches.

Currently, the Housing and Social Services Department is waiting for the signing of the contract for the repair of the road with the contractor, the private enterprise «BF «Sovar Group», which belongs to the deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Serhii Shulhach.

The «Sovar group» BF company was registered a year ago — in August 2023 in Mykolaiv, according to data from the YouControl analytical system. This is not the first time that the company has received budget contracts, having concluded agreements for the total amount of 48.3 million hryvnias.

Serhii Shulhach repeatedly ran for local self-government bodies. In 2010, he was a deputy of the Mykolaiv City Council from the «Party of Regions», in 2015 — from the «Nash Krai» party. And in 2020, Serhii Shulgach was elected a deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council from the «Proposition» party.

In addition to the Sovar Group BF company, Serhii Shulhach and his wife Oksana founded a number of other enterprises that also receive budget contracts. For example, PE Mykolaivmagistral concluded agreements for a total amount of 1.6 billion hryvnias.
