In Ochakiv, 70% of the roofs of residential buildings were damaged, — people's deputy

As a result of rocket attacks in the city of Ochakiv, about 70% of the roofs of residential buildings were damaged.

People's deputy of Ukraine Oleksii Pasichnyi told about this on the air of the MART TV channel.

Today Ochakiv is working on the restoration of damaged roofs. However, according to the people's deputy, there is not enough manpower to carry out such works in Ochakiv.

— Now there is a demand, they are short of workers. The state helped with a slate, something else came from donors, but what is lacking are workers, — said Oleksii Pasichnyi.

As you know, 10 kilometers from Ochakov is the Kinburn spit, the last territory of the unliberated Mykolayiv region, from which the Russians shell the city three to five times a day.

So today, Ochakiv, which is closed to journalists, is considered the most dangerous point in Mykolaiv Oblast.

As you know, today Ukraine is preparing for the winter period with a probable increase in shelling from the Russian Federation. Thus, the acting director of Mykolaivblenerho, Vadym Danylkiv, said that Mykolaiv energy companies have sufficient supplies of materials to restore the damaged power grids of Ochakov and Kutsurub community in case of Russian attacks on them.

We remind you that recently the mayors of Ochakiv of the Mykolaiv region and Dorn of the Dutch province of Utrecht signed a memorandum on cooperation between the cities. The Ochakiv City Council reported that the city plans to open a rehabilitation center similar to the one visited by the city's mayor, Serhii Bychkov, during a working visit to the Netherlands.
