In Mykolaiv, the electronic portal of administrative services is planned to be updated for than ₴300,000

The Department of Administrative Services together with the Department of Standardization and Implementation of Electronic Governance of the Mykolaiv City Council are working on creating an updated electronic portal for administrative services.

Dmytro Kanarskyi, head of the e-governance department, told about this in an interview with «MART» TV channel.

He explained that the portal aims to make it easier for clients to submit requests for receiving the necessary services. According to Dmytro Kanarskyi, this will help avoid the queues that arise in TsNAPs due to frequent air alarms.

— There is a certain requirement — under no circumstances to provide any services during an alarm. People have to wait somewhere. Unfortunately, as a rule, people stand because they have to wait their turn. That's why we decided to make a so-called portal through which people can get the necessary services. We will combine the portal with the electronic document flow system so that the person's application goes to the official who deals with this issue automatically, with maximum accuracy of hitting the target, — he said.

In a comment to «NikVesti», the director of the administrative services department, Vladyslav Belan, noted that the project is currently at the stage of purchasing a software product. He explained that the updated portal will give citizens the opportunity to follow the status of the submitted application.

— No online services will be added to this portal, the portal is designed not to provide services, but to facilitate their provision by accumulating information there. So that people who apply for administrative services, so that they can see at what stage their applications are being considered, — said the director of the department.

Vladyslav Belan said that the existing portal for providing administrative services does not meet all the needs of the department and applicants. According to him, the decision to update the portal was made even before the start of a full-scale war.

— Even before the war, we decided to update the portal so that it would be more convenient for us and people who apply for administrative services to work, — said Vladyslav Belan.

We will remind you that on July 18 of this year, all Centers for the provision of administrative services resumed work in Mykolaiv.

In addition, earlier, in March 2023, in Mykolaiv, the electronic queue for registration at the Central National Medical Center started working again.
