The Mykolaiv Regional Council dissolved the faction of the political party «Nash Krai». Instead, former members of this faction created a new deputy group «Alternative».
This was announced by the chairman of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Anton Tabunschyk, during the 31st session of the regional council held in Voznesensk, according to NikVesti.
According to him, the faction of the «Nash Krai» party ceased operations on 12 September 2025, following a decision by the party's congress.
»The regional council received a notice of self-dissolution of the deputy faction of the political party «Nash Krai». Based on the decision made at the party's congress on 12 September 2025, as well as in accordance with Articles 122-126 of the Rules of Procedure of the Mykolaiv Regional Council of the VIII convocation, the deputies formed the deputy group «Alternative», which includes nine deputies,» said Anton Tabunschyk.
The new deputy group «Alternative» includes Andrii Zakusilov, Nadiia Ivanova, Oleksandr Kukuruza, Yurii Mavrodiiev, Kristina Malysh, Olha Ostapchuk, Volodymyr Potochniak, Takhir Sadridinov and Hryhorii Tashlyk.
Nadiia Ivanova was elected as the head of the group.
As a reminder, on 1 July, the Supreme Court of Ukraine declared illegal an attempt to ban a political party «Nash Krai». The court confirmed the party's right to legitimate activities, and the accusations of anti-state position were groundless.
It should be noted that on 19 June 2024, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal ruled to ban the activities of the pro-Russian political party «Nash Krai» on the territory of Ukraine.
Two days before this decision, the head of the «Nash Krai» faction in the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Yuriy Kormyshkin, announced that he was leaving politics. The deputy wrote a letter of resignation. On 18 June, the deputy posted on his Facebook page that Nadiia Ivanova had been elected as the new head of the «Nash Krai» faction in the Mykolaiv Regional Council.
The deputy herself said in a commentary to NikVesti that she knew about the party's ban and called the decision unfair.
