«We will change some staff positions»: Zelenskyy announces transformation of diplomatic corps

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced upcoming changes in the Ukrainian diplomatic corps and in the system of institutional governance.

The Head of State announced this in his address on 21 June.

According to him, the transformation is intended to strengthen cooperation with international partners and strengthen Ukraine's internal stability. The President also added that within a month, conclusions will be drawn on the transformation of the diplomatic direction.

«As for the diplomatic corps, in a month — including in the format of a meeting with all Ukrainian ambassadors — we will draw conclusions about this transformation,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

As a reminder, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he had no plans to replace Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and commented on the situation around Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Chernyshov, who is currently abroad.
