Ukrainian and Russian delegations will meet in Istanbul. Photo: Anadolu,On Friday, 16 May, Ukrainian and Russian delegations will meet in Istanbul for talks that will begin at 12:30 in the Dolmabahce Palace.
According to the Turkish media outlet Anadolu, a trilateral meeting between representatives of Turkey, the United States and Ukraine will take place at 10:45 a.m. After that, negotiations between Turkey, Russia and Ukraine will start at 12:30.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved the composition of the Ukrainian delegation. The list includes 12 people, and the group will be headed by Defence Minister Rustem Umierov.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed security guarantees in the Black Sea.
