Zelenskyy dismisses Moisiuk from the post of Commissioner for Security Guarantees

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed Yevhen Moisiuk from the post of Special Commissioner for the Implementation of International Security Assurances and Development of the Defence Forces of Ukraine. Yevhen Moisiuk held this position for less than a year.
This is stated in Zelenskyy's decree №74/2025.
Yevhen Moisiuk was appointed as a special commissioner on 13 February 2024. At the time, Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that the creation of this position was part of the reboot of state institutions.
«We are creating a fundamentally new system of security relations with the world's leading powers for Ukraine, and every element of such relations must be fully implemented. So that there is no declarative», the president said at the time.
Yevhen Moisiuk is a former commander of the Air Assault Forces, and before that, he was the commander of the 81st Airmobile Brigade and a commander of the 25th Brigade's air assault battalion.
On 28 January, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Deputy Defence Minister Dmytro Klimenkov at its current meeting.
