Zelenskyy discusses toughening sanctions against Russia with Spanish Prime Minister

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez the provision of military assistance to Ukraine and the strengthening of sanctions against Russia.

He wrote about this on Facebook.

«With Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sanchez, I discussed military assistance to Ukraine and strengthening sanctions against Russia. He spoke about the situation in the most difficult areas of the frontline and the needs of our soldiers for artillery and armoured vehicles. It is important to strengthen Ukraine's position to achieve a just and lasting peace. I thank Spain for its help in our struggle», Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote.

To recap, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that some Ukrainian and international leaders were dishonest when making statements about Ukraine's accession to NATO.
