The state enterprise that will «test» the rebuilt bridge in Voznesensk will be paid ₴475 thousand

The recovery service of the Mykolaiv region will pay 475 thousand hryvnias to the state enterprise «Road Scientific and Technical Center», which will «test» the new bridge in Voznesensk.

The relevant contract was signed by the parties on September 27, they write NikVesti with reference to data from the ProZorro public procurement system.

The state enterprise has until November 30, 2024 to examine and test the restored bridge, which was officially opened in August of this year. We are talking about the bridge on highway H-24 «Blahovishchenske — Mykolaiv» across the Mertvovod River. It was blown up during the fighting in the Voznesensk district. 239.6 million hryvnias were spent on the reconstruction of the bridge. Another 167.1 was spent on additional works. These amounts do not include the development and adjustment of the reconstruction project, the author's supervision and scientific and technical support.

State enterprise Dorcentr has been operating for more than 30 years. According to the data of the analytical system YouControl, its founder is the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine. In 2024, it won tenders for the total amount of 19.3 million hryvnias. Some of them are for bridge inspection and engineering and technical support of road maintenance from restoration services in various regions of Ukraine. The largest winning tender this year was from the founder — the State Reconstruction Agency, for which the state-owned enterprise will perform current road inspections for 14.1 million hryvnias.

It will be recalled that during the fighting in the Voznesensk district, three bridges were blown up: a road bridge and two railway bridges. In April 2023, the Service for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure in the Mykolaiv Region (former Highway Service) announced tenders for the construction of a bridge on the N-24 highway. The expected cost of the planned works was 449 million hryvnias.

The city of Voznesensk in the Mykolaiv region was a strategic point that the Russian military planned to capture from the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
