In the first seven months of 2026, 46 instances of trading from cars, car trailers and other temporary structures — which constitutes a violation — were recorded in the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv. Accordingly, the same number of administrative reports were drawn up for these offences.

This is stated in the Korabelnyi District administration’s response to an information request from NikVesti.

The response noted that the Department for the Coordination of Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Korabelnyi District administration carries out weekly inspections of unauthorised trading sites. Such raids are carried out at nine addresses: 311 Bohoiavlenskyi Avenue; 12 Korabeliv Avenue; 342 Bohoiavlensky Avenue; 34–36 Metalurhiv Street; 37–39 Znamianska Street; 4 Territorial Defence Forces of Ukraine Street (formerly 295th Rifle Division Street); 14 Okeanivska Street; 24 Samoilovych Street; 28 Okeanivska Street.

Between 1 January and 1 August, 46 cases of trading from vehicles, caravans and other temporary structures were recorded, and the same number of administrative reports were drawn up under Article 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. This refers to trading in an unauthorised location without the appropriate permit. The reports have been forwarded to the administrative commission attached to the Korabelnyi District Administration for consideration.

«In accordance with the penalties set out in Article 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, the fine for individuals ranges from 20 to 80 non-taxable minimum incomes — between 340 and 1,360 hryvnias, for business entities — from 50 to 100 non-taxable minimum incomes — from 850 to 1,700 hryvnias,» the administration reported.

The administration also noted that in the event of repeat offences, administrative reports were drawn up a second time. Furthermore, officials clarified that they have a coordinated schedule of inspections with the police. However, they are unable to carry it out in full.

«The schedule is not being fully implemented due to police officers being occupied with work alongside specialists from the Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support,» the administration added.

As a reminder, a resident of Mykolaiv complained about a mobile trading trailer that had been placed on the road along Pavlo Skoropadskyi Street (Admiral Makarov Street). However, by the time the Central District administration arrived at the scene, it was no longer there.
