As a result of the shelling, 16 civilians were injured, said the head of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Prokudin.
«Last day, the enemy shelled Mykhailivka, Beryslav, Novotiahynka, Chaikyne, Antonivka, Zmiivka, Havrylivka, Ivanivka and the city of Kherson,» he noted.
The Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the population centers of the region, in particular, 2 private houses were damaged. Russian ammunition also hit the administration building and a private car.
«During a nighttime drone attack, the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed one Shahed-131/136 over the territory of our region,» Oleksandr Prokudin wrote.
We will remind you that on April 16, Russian troops attacked seven settlements in the Kherson region. As a result of Russian aggression, five people were injured.
