«A 45-year-old man was hit by an enemy attack, who later went to the hospital on his own. The victim was diagnosed with a contusion. He is being provided with the necessary medical assistance,» the message reads.
The head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko , clarified that the volunteer received a mine-explosive injury and a contusion during the attack by the Russian occupation forces on the Dnipro district of Kherson around 12:00.
The Russian Federation also attacked Kherson on the morning of July 16, damaging the market, business center and commercial premises. There are no local victims.
Subsequently, in the afternoon of July 16, the Russian army shelled the Ship district of Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank.
