In the afternoon of July 18, the Russian army hit the territory of Mykolaiv region with a ballistic missile.

This was reported by Mykolaiv RMA.

The attack happened at 12:53. As a result of the rocket detonation, a fire broke out in dry grass and bushes in an open area outside the population centers of the Voznesensk district, which was later extinguished. There are no injured residents.

Rocket attack on Voznesensk on July 10

Around 3:30 p.m. in the city of Voznesensk, the Russian army launched a rocket attack on a civilian object. As a result of the Russian attack, a man was killed, seven people were injured.

Among them, in particular, was the mayor of Voznesensk, Yevhen Velychko.

Later, the emergency services of the Mykolaiv region showed the consequences of the impact and the process of extinguishing the fire.

On July 11, it became known that the number of victims increased to 8. Four of them are in the hospital.

At the time of the explosion, an air alert was announced throughout the Mykolayiv region. The press service of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces also warned that a high-speed target heading for Voznesensk was recorded in the region.
