Rocket attack in Voznesensk: the mayor Velychko was among the wounded

As a result of a Russian missile attack on Voznesensk in the afternoon of July 10, a man was killed and others were injured.

This was announced by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim.

He noted that the mayor of Voznesensk, Yevhen Velychko, was among the wounded.

«As a result of rocket fire in the city of Voznesensk, one man was killed. Eight victims, all in moderate condition. The mayor of Voznesensk is among the wounded,» Vitalii Kim wrote.

It should be noted that the first consequences of the shelling of Voznesensk have already been published by the State Emergency Service in the Mykolaiv region.

It should be noted that at the time of the explosion, an air alert was declared on the territory of the entire Mykolaiv region. The press service of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces also warned that a high-speed target heading for Voznesensk was recorded in the region.

We will remind you how on the night of July 10, air defense in the Mykolaiv region destroyed four unmanned aerial vehicles of the «Shahed 131/136» type.
