Kim explained why you should not walk around Mykolaiv in military uniform

Vitalii Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, explained why camouflage clothing and military uniforms should not be worn in Mykolaiv and the region.

As he stated on the air of the telethon, such actions can lead to an attack on civilian objects.

«Why go around in khakis or hunting or any other form of military-like clothing? I ask you not to do this, because you will simply call for an attack on some civilian object in a flat place. Because the Russians don't have a lot of information, but they see something and draw their own false conclusions,» Vitalii Kim said.

What about the mobilization in Mykolaiv Oblast?

As you know, during the full-scale war, 33,000 residents of the Mykolaiv Oblast were mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces.

Vitalii Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, expressed his belief in the need for mobilization after personal communication with the military, who are currently defending the state. He added that money should not be the main motivation for protecting the state.

In response to this, Oksana Kaliuzhna, a member of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, reacted negatively to the regional leadership's statement regarding mobilization, comparing the issuing of summonses to evasioners to catching dogs.
