Industry is planned to be disconnected from electricity for a day due to a lack of capacity

As a result of significant damage to the energy infrastructure and the lack of electricity in the evening hours, it is planned to introduce restrictions for industrial enterprises.

This is stated in the notification of the Ministry of Energy.

It is noted that last day the needs of the energy system were covered by own generation, commercial imports, as well as emergency aid from Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

The volume of emergency assistance increased from less than 1% to approximately 2% of the daily consumption of the power system.

It was previously reported that Great Britain allocated almost 150 million pounds (over 180 million dollars) to strengthen the energy sector of Ukraine.
