In the Central District of Mykolaiv, 310 flags were purchased in January–February 2026 to replace worn and damaged ones.

This was announced by Oleksandr Bereza, head of the Mykolaiv Central District administration, during a live broadcast, according to NikVesti.

«During the reporting period, 310 flags were purchased for 99,787 hryvnias to replace those in the locations where they are displayed. Flags are replaced as they become worn or damaged,» said Oleksandr Bereza.

As a reminder, the administration of the Central District of Mykolaiv City Council is seeking a contractor to clear streets and public areas of rubbish and dirt. The services will be provided until 31 December 2026. The contractor must ensure the cleaning of public areas — removing dirt, rubbish up to 10 centimetres in size, and other debris.
