«Dam, hang in there if anything happens!»: Magyar tells of strike on Belgorod reservoir

The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Unmanned Systems Force, Robert Brovdi, known by his call sign Magyar, spoke about the strike on the Belgorod reservoir and revealed the name of the operation.

Magyar confirmed that the water level in the Belgorod reservoir dropped by a metre after the strike.

The commander added that in the area of the village of Hrafivka in Belgorod region, Russian troops are no longer «comfortable» in dugouts. Probably because of the flooding.

«The visit was carried out by «Birds 1» of the separate centre of the Unmanned Systems Forces (transformed 14th SBS regiment),» said Magyar.

According to Magyar, the operation was called «Dam, hang in there if anything happens!».

On 25 October, the governor of the Belgorod region of Russia, Viacheslav Hladkov, said that the Ukrainian military had hit the dam of the reservoir. It was reported that it was allegedly shelled with HIMARS missiles, which damaged equipment, several buildings and the lifting mechanisms of one of the locks.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Defence Forces hit an offshore oil terminal in temporarily occupied Feodosia.
