Shahed drone wounds power workers in Kyiv region while restoring power grids

In Kyiv region, a team of DTEK power engineers came under attack by a Russian kamikaze drone after the air raid had been cancelled.
According to the energy company, the workers were carrying out restoration work when they were hit by a «Shahed».
Two people were injured.
According to the head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, the strike hit a substation in Boryspil district. One of the victims sustained shrapnel wounds to the head, chest, arms and legs, while the other suffered an ear injury and numerous abrasions. Both were hospitalised.
As a reminder, on the night of 12 October, Russian troops attacked energy and gas transmission infrastructure across Ukraine. In addition, on 11 October, Russians attacked the Ochakiv community in Mykolaiv region seven times with FPV drones.
