Russia strikes Mykolaiv region with drone «Molniia»: kindergarten, school and houses damaged

Russian drone «Lightning». Photo: lb.uaYesterday, 1 July, Russian forces attacked the Kutsurub community in Mykolaiv region. The shelling began at around 08:13 and included an artillery strike, four FPV drone attacks, and a strike allegedly by a «Molniia» drone.
This was reported by the Mykolaiv regional military administration.
In the village of Dmytrivka, a 75-year-old man was killed by shelling, and his 76-year-old wife was wounded and hospitalised. In the morning, the victim's condition is stable, moderate. In addition, several private houses, a school, a kindergarten and a power line were damaged. There was also a dry grass fire in an open area, which was quickly extinguished.
In the village of Solonchaky, one of the shelling incidents caused a fire in a residential building. The fire was quickly extinguished, and no one was injured.
As a reminder, on 30 June, Russian troops also shelled the Kutsurub community in Mykolaiv region. At 09:07, an artillery strike hit the village of Dmytrivka.
