This was announced by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.
According to him, emergency and restoration work is underway at the site of the impact, with specialists dismantling dangerous structures.
«I am grateful to the rescuers, police, doctors, utilities - everyone who has been working non-stop since the first minutes. At such moments, every minute is a fight for life», wrote Igor Klymenko.
