This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, and the publication «Most».
«Russians destroyed the building of the Kherson Regional State Administration. Information about the victims is being updated at», Prokudin wrote.
It is noted that as a result of the strike, a crater was formed up to the first floor. In total, three explosions occurred in the city, two of which have been confirmed.
As a reminder, on 5 June, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Kherson. The shelling caused even more damage to the RMA building, which the Russians had attacked several times before.
