Drone attack in Odesa region: a lyceum, a hospital and a children's centre destroyed

On the night of 5 June, Russian troops attacked Odesa region, firing more than 25 drones. Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district came under attack, where civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.
This was reported by the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
The strike completely destroyed a family medicine outpatient clinic, damaged and partially destroyed a lyceum building, and set fire to a children and youth creativity centre. The fires were promptly extinguished, the Odesa Regional State Emergency Service said.
Eight vehicles and 33 rescuers, including local fire brigades, were involved in the firefighting.
According to the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, there is no information about any injuries. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene to record the consequences of the attack. A pre-trial investigation into the war crime (Article 438 (1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
On 4 June, Russian troops also massively shelled Odesa with attack drones. Most of the drones were shot down by the air defence forces, but there was destruction in the city. Residential buildings and a service station were damaged.
