Kyiv was attacked by enemy drones at night: there are victims and destruction

In Kyiv, as a result of a nighttime drone attack, destruction was recorded in two districts. There are also reports of injuries.

This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA).

According to the report, the attack caused fires, and two people were injured.

It is noted that on the evening of 9 April and on the night of 10 April, the air raid lasted for 2 hours and 2 minutes (from 23:34 to 01:37). It was also announced from 07:01 to 07:26 due to the threat of enemy ballistic missile attacks.

During the night attack, 30 drones were spotted on the outskirts of Kyiv, 16 of which were later destroyed by air defence. Others were lost or left the airspace of the capital.

According to the SES, two districts were affected by the drone attack. In Darnytskyi district, private houses and cars were damaged, and one of the outbuildings was destroyed. Two people were reported injured, one of whom suffered an acute stress reaction and the other multiple minor injuries to the right forearm. A warehouse was on fire in Holosiivskyi district.

As a reminder, on the night of 10 April, the Russian army launched a group of attack drones on the territory of Mykolaiv region. During the attack, fires broke out in two districts in Mykolaiv. 10 people were injured — two are currently in hospital, while others received outpatient care.

In the city, 9 apartment buildings and an administrative building were damaged as a result of the night attack by Shahed drones.
