«Also, around 23:40 on 19 February, the Russian army shelled the central district of Kherson with artillery. A 47-year-old man was wounded in the attack. Doctors diagnosed him with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, concussion and leg injuries,» writes Oleksandr Prokudin.
Later, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, reported two more victims of the night strike. A 60-year-old man suffered abrasions on his forehead, and a 36-year-old man suffered an acubarotrauma.
According to preliminary data, the mother of the injured children may be under the rubble. Rescuers continue to dismantle the rubble to establish her whereabouts.
