Russia attacks Odesa: houses and grain warehouse damaged, 4 injured

On 28 January, Russian troops attacked Odesa with drones and a rocket, injuring four people. Residential buildings, summer cottages, a grain warehouse were damaged and 10 cars caught fire.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
«This morning, the enemy attacked Odesa and the region with attack drones and a missile. Our air defence forces were engaged in intense combat operations. The enemy missile was destroyed. The fragments of the downed UAVs damaged the glazing in four residential high-rise buildings and five country houses. In one of Odesa's residential yards, 10 cars caught fire, and firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. A grain warehouse was also damaged,» said Kiper.
He also said that four people were injured in the drone attack. A 91-year-old man was hospitalised, while the other victims were treated on the spot.
According to the State Emergency Service, glazing in 3 9-storey residential buildings was damaged in the area where the cars caught fire.
«At another address, apartments on the 18th floor of a 20-storey building were damaged, without a subsequent fire, and 1 person was rescued from a blocked apartment on the 19th floor», rescuers said.
As a reminder, Russians attacked Ochakiv and the Kutsurub community in Mykolaiv region with FPV drones. In one of the villages, houses were damaged.
